Geen enkele bestuurder kan zonder achteruit te rijden, maar het is de manoeuvre die de meeste angst veroorzaakt - en het is vaak de oorzaak van kleine ongevallen en schade. De oplossing is de achteruitrijcamera van ŠKODA Originele Accessoires. Het geeft u een duidelijk zicht op de situatie achter de auto. U kunt niet alleen nauwkeurig uw afstand tot obstakels beoordelen, maar u kunt ook zien wat anders voor u verborgen zou zijn. De achteruitrijcamera is een uitbreiding op de parkeersensoren achter en stelt de bestuurder in staat de situatie achter de auto op het infotainmentscherm te bekijken . Deze set is identiek aan de af fabriek gemonteerde uitrusting en biedt hetzelfde niveau van functionaliteit en comfort, maar ook qua uiterlijk, wat wordt geholpen door het feit dat de achteruitrijcamera is geïntegreerd in de vijfde deurkruk . De camera is voorzien van een sluitring. Het reinigen van de cameralens vindt plaats wanneer de sproeier van de achterruit is geactiveerd. De auto moet zijn uitgerust met een infotainmentsysteem om de camera te kunnen monteren. Vanwege de moeilijkheid van installatie en daaropvolgende activering van de parkeercamera (de 5-cijferige activeringscode is te vinden in de ETKA-onderdelencatalogus), moet de installatie worden voltooid door geautoriseerde ŠKODA AUTO-servicepartners.
